We've Got You Covered

We offer two easy return options — drop it off in store for FREE, or ship it back for a flat rate of $7.00 (deducted from your refund). Either way, we've got you covered!

Our Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. We want you to love what you ordered, so don't hesitate to reach out!

What We Ask

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — tags attached and in its original packaging. (We know, we know — but it helps us get things back on the shelves for the next student who needs them!)

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first — unrequested returns won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
